Wildanet has picked Netadmin to help them deliver gigabit-capable full fibre across Cornwall in South West England

As a Cornish internet service provider, Wildanet has a successful history in deploying a wireless network across rural parts of Cornwall. The broadband service provider is investing £50 million to build a brand new high-speed broadband network to connect many areas of Cornwall and therefore aims to digitise operations to meet aggressive growth targets. This demands a “zero-touch” approach involving different departments of the business.

Netadmin is a key part of a streamlined and automated order journey and service provisioning solution, including for instance the Fiber Installation Portal. This ensures hassle-free premise installation and provisioning so that Wildanet can be certain to have properly verified locations and automatically activated new customers – and achieve this without multiple visits. Netadmin’s service monitoring and ticketing will further provide automation in support of excellent and proactive customer care.
