Wildanet launches exclusive Blue Light discount scheme for essential services workers

Cornwall broadband provider Wildanet is proud to announce the launch of its new Blue Light discount scheme, demonstrating its ongoing commitment to supporting essential workers and their invaluable contributions to society.

Emergency services workers, including those in the armed forces, NHS, police fire and ambulance services and the RNLI, will be entitled to 10 per cent off Wildanet’s Full Fibre Broadband packages.

Helen Wylde-Archibald, CEO of Wildanet, said: “Essential workers are the backbone of our communities, providing critical services day in and day out.

“This discount is a small token of our gratitude for their dedication and hard work. By offering reliable, high-speed broadband, we aim to help them stay connected to the people and resources they need most.”

Wildanet’s Blue Light discount reflects the company’s broader commitment to supporting those who serve, including veterans and their families. As a proud member of the Armed Forces Covenant, Wildanet continues to honour its pledge to support the armed forces community by championing opportunities for veterans and reservists.

Wildanet’s Blue Light discount is an independent initiative tailored for essential workers in Cornwall and Devon. While it is not associated with the national Blue Light Card program, due to services being unavailable nationally, the offer is uniquely positioned to support local heroes in Wildanet’s operating area with world-class broadband connectivity.

The discount is available to eligible essential workers who order online and use the discount code HERO10 at checkout.
