Julie-Anne Sunderland

Chief People Officer

Julie-Anne is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and leads the People directorate for Wildanet.

Julie-Anne is responsible for the full employee life cycle, including engagement and has established the Wildanet Academy. Julie-Anne is also responsible for the delivery of Wildanet’s ESG, Health, Safety & Well-being strategies as well as ensuring that our Fleet and Facilities objectives are delivered.

Julie-Anne has been recognised by the CIPD for her services to leading volunteers and is an active member of Wildanet’s environment and community based activities.

Outside of work you will usually find Julie-Anne enjoying the outdoors with her dog, or tucked up snuggly indoors creating something!

Amanda Pennington

Positive Impact and Community Liaison Manager

Amanda sits on the ESG committee and earlier in 2023 organised the Wildanet tree planting days at Cabilla Cornwall, which saw Wildanet colleagues and stakeholders plant 1,000 trees as part of the Temperate Rainforest rewilding project there. Looking after all aspects of Wildanet's community engagement, creating digital community hubs in areas where the company is building infrastructure and keeping people informed of build progress.

Outside of work Amanda loves a dog walk at the beach with husband Mark and dog Nelly.
