How It Works

Forget copper cables and satellite. Our Internet is completely wireless. We connect communities using a series of wireless community hubs, picking up signals and pinging it to homes and businesses. This structure allows us to reach communities forgotten by other providers, with a reliable service, and guaranteed speeds.

Installation

Once you've found the package for you, installation is easy. It starts with a quick location check to ensure your home or business is in range, and in line of sight to our community hub.

Next step is picking your installation date. We will give you a call the day before to double check it's still convenient for you.

On the installation day, one of our friendly engineers will meet you at your property. They will position your receiver to ensure the best possible connectivity and advise you on the best place for your WiFi router.

Once everything is in place, we will run a speed test to check that you're receiving the speed you have signed up for. If it doesn't, we will stop the installation and refund the installation fee. No ifs, no buts.

The final step is testing the router and activating your monthly subscription, leaving you and your family, or your business, to enjoy guaranteed lightning fast, reliable internet. Simple.

Since then, the project called Camborne Rising has enabled us to employ three new members of staff and add new customers to Wildanet's superfast internet.
